As the Chief Relationship Officer (CRO) of our company, he is responsible for driving business growth by building strategic client relationships and identifying new business opportunities. With over a decade of experience in business development and client engagement, he leads the entire client lifecycle from prospecting and acquiring new business to negotiating commercial terms, closing deals, and ensuring seamless service delivery. His client-centric approach, combined with strong commercial acumen, enables him to foster long-term partnerships while supporting the organization’s sustainable growth.
Beyond business acquisition, he works closely with clients and internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from onboarding to execution, while also supporting commercial operations, contract management, and financial coordination.
